Project enquiries and confirmation
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a confirmed booking. A project is confirmed only after South Gate 129 provides written acceptance and any required agreement or deposit has been completed.
Quotations and availability
Availability, scope, timelines, deliverables, travel requirements and pricing are confirmed in writing. Quotations remain subject to their stated validity period and may change if the brief, schedule or production requirements change.
Portfolio content
Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, videos, graphics, branding and written content on this website belong to South Gate 129 or are displayed with permission. They may not be copied, republished, modified or used commercially without prior written consent.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may be updated and temporary interruptions may occur. External services and links are governed by their respective providers.
Client responsibilities
